Normal Loan is processed within 3 days. Application can be submitted at any working days of the week. Interest rate of 12% on reducing balance. Maximum repayment period is up to 72 months.

Processing fee of 0.5% of the principal loan payable once.
Maximum amount granted is Sh. 1.5 million.
Amount granted is determined by the deposits (three times the deposits)

Features of the Education loans include; The loan is processed twice a month subject to the availability of funds, Maximum loan Sh. 300,000, Interest rate of 12% on reducing balance, Maximum repayment period of 12 months.
Emergency loan features include; the loan is processed on any working day, maximum loan Sh. 300,000, Interest rate of 12% on reducing balance, Maximum repayment period of 12 months
